Addiction
Have you ever felt when you sit in front of a computer you don’t want to leave it? It’s like you are glued to it. Yes, it’s highly addictive. Just like every other product computers are designed in a way to make you addicted to it. Go outside, read books, and use computers only it’s necessary.
Bad for Eyes
Staring at the screen continuously for a long is definitely gonna be trouble for your eyes. If you pay close attention, your eyes in less than one foot away from the screen. Which is very close. It’s better to stare away from the screen after every interval best is 20 minutes. Just look away for four or five minutes in a long distance.
Health Issue
let’ me ask you, what do you do when you use a computer or mobile? You either sit in the same position for a long time in front of a computer or lie down when you use a mobile. In both cases staying in same position is bad for health. You need to go out and play, or at least walk.
Short Attention Span.
If you ever studied books when you were younger, You could focus on one thing for hours before doing something else. Like if you solve math problems then you can solve math for a long time without getting distracted.
With computers and it’s notification of everything your attention span has been reduced. It becomes hard to focus on one task for long time.
Online Privacy
Your privacy is not secure. All your data like name, age, what you like, what you dislike, and a bazillion of information is stored in the servers of some companies. It has high risk of leak. In simple word your privacy is at risk.
Cyber Crime
Before the computers, when every some one wants to steal something, they have to be present in that specific location. But with computers, your money can be robbed from anywhere in the world.
E-Waste
Let me ask you something. What is the major problem that the world is facing these days? Think for a second before reading this.
It’s pollution and climate change. E-waste is also a contributor to world pollution. The battery in computers is made of lithium which does not dispose of easily. If it gets mixed with soil it makes the soil infertile and hazardous for crops.
